Lyndall’s Story

Lyndall is a teacher. She previously injured her back 5 years ago and recovered. Inevitably, while working in the classroom she re-injured her back while helping a student.

She was referred to Peak conditioning to assist with her recovery. Mia (EP) worked with Lyndall and her GP to develop a tailored treatment plan to help with Lyndall’s recovery. 

Lyndall is now back in the classroom full time, feeling stronger than ever.
